In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 7 calendar days from the receipt of the item. Be sure that all items to be returned are still in their original packaging, with complete accessories. Please note that your original invoice was shipped together with your order. It is important to keep your original invoice safe should you ever need it for refund.
For consumable items, only sealed or unused can be requested for refund.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded through Bank Transfer or GCash Payment only.
